Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2004
The only problem I have recommending Carle is not the staff, but the facility fees.
Dr. Henrichs is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She's always very great and it is a pleasure go to the Mohamed office. They treat their patients well.
Entire staff were exceptional.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Dr. Henrichs is an excellent doctor and I trust her completely. Prior to working with her, I had never stayed with the same doctor for any length of time but I have been seeing her for 14 years. She listens; she takes my concerns seriously; and she respects my desire to treat issues as holistically as possible.
The visit was to establish patient. I felt my new provider listened and took her time to get to know me.
Dr. Henrichs is amazing!
We love [Mahomet] Carle we especially love Dr. Henrichs and Dr. [...]. They're great family practitioners.
Excellent First visit with Dr. Henrichs
Just love Dr Henrichs!!
I had a pleasant experience. Everyone was nice, I was in and out quickly, I had all my questions answered, and I know how to follow up if I need to.
I saw a huge change in my provider, I have always had a close, trusting relationship with her. This visit she was cool, and rushed.
I was scheduled for an appointment that morning and my son that afternoon. Dr Henrichs was kind enough to see us both at my appointment time so we did not have to come back. I greatly appreciate that!!
Smooth, caring and timely
Completely good experience
Not much can be done about arthritis.
Dr Henrichs is a Wonderful Dr.
Dr. Henrichs is always knowledgeable, welcoming, and thorough!
I think that there was something wrong with the recording because parts of it cut out, and it was very hard to understand hust what you were asking on all the questions. And also, I think more of the questions should have had available 'not applicable' because there were several situations that I did not witness, like the staff communicating with each other. I assume they did, but I don't really know that. So, that would be my advice as far as this survey, but my treatment was great. Bye.
I don't know what happened there.
Dr. Henrichs is the BEST!!
