Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

Virginia Brown is wonderful. You should give her a raise, a large raise. Thank you.
Excellent and attentive care, the provider was thorough and took her time with me. I felt very confident that I received the best care possible.
The nurse who took my vitals did not listen to my request to not have my weight taken. I told her I wasn't going to weigh this time and she said ok but said I had to step on the scale to get my height. She proceeded to weigh me anyway against my request. Not only that cut another patient was able to see my weight. I was not happy and I told the nurse this. She did nothing to remedy the situation.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
The entire staff was very professional, very courteous, and the facility was very clean. Thank you.
Yeah, shorten this survey took a way more than a couple minutes. Don't appreciate it.
Ginny Brown handles my DOT physical every year and has an excellent bedside manner. I have a different nurse each year, but they are always friendly and helpful.
I saw Dr. Brown for a workman's comp situation, and she did a great job of figuring out what was wrong and explaining the process of working through the workman's comp process. So I was very appreciative of that.
[Ginny] Brown, NP, and [...], were both amazing.
