Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 1987
So the person who gave me the audiology test was very competent, very pleasant, and she was very, very clear about what she was doing. So it was very good. I appreciate her.
How was I so lucky to meet an excellent knowledgeable audiologist who really believed like myself that I needed better options. she sent me home with these options and to return for more advanced testing and decision making......many articles to read to further understand my next visit. [...]
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Jennifer Black has been most helpful over the years with my hearing difficulty. She is well acquainted with my history and offers much helpful advice.
She is well caring and well educated about my problem. A definite asset to Carle.
Yes, she is a wonderful provider for my hearing and there's just nothing I can't say it any better for her or the service I get from your facility. I may have didn't understand your questions. I've got a cochlear implant of course and and I'm very well satisfied with Carl with the care they give me. Thank you.
its really waiting too long time (aboutthree weeks) to get an appointment to see an ENT doctor. i got admitted to emergency room after visiting the Audiology. i am not criticizing the audiology department since i did not feel too bad when i visited there. It would be probably great if we can waiting a short time to see a specialist doctor.
Very pleasant and knowledgeable..love her
Jennifer was professional, competent, caring and she MMFI (Made me feel important)
