Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

Improvement with communication from one care provider to another within the company would be something that would be very much improved with some practice. Hey and the other main thing was that the emergency room visits it we've had it been chaotic and has not been to the To the expectation of what we wouldn't want to the emergency room visits at the boat in the service as well as the care. Bye.

Well, she didn't understand my problem well - maostomy is hard for people to understand, so I didn't get it from one company - companies didn't satisfy me and I try to get to another company, so they get everything I need for it, and I don't think she understood all of that. But anyway, I don't know what to do. I don't know what key to punch, what key do I punch now?

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
