Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2004
Things went well, still some issues to be adressed
They had to reschedule my appointment. When they rescheduled, the secretary or whomever on the phone, scheduled my appointment for 11:30 on a certain date. I wrote the time down on my calendar. When I showed up for my appointment, they told me it was supposed to be at 11:00 when in fact, they had changed it. My initial one was for 11 o'clock, but they had changed the date for the different date and changed the time to 11:30. So there was some confusion, but I was still able to see my provider.
Hi, I went in there and I had an injury to my [...]. Soon as I got there they got rid of the pain. And the doctors and checked, you know, X-rays and stuff, and you know, they done it in a timely matter and got me (INAUDIBLE) rapidly. So they've done a great job.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
friendly and informaive
The two individuals who conducted my stress echo test were friendly, upbeat, very attentive me, explained everything well, made me comfortable and represented Carle very professionally and very well. I was impressed.
I was very comfortable and pleased with my care
I was wanting to go back to work. I work for the railroad and the doctor seemed to have a problem with the railroad medical. They said I could go back to work, but he says I can't. I think there is just miscommunication between the railroad doctor and Carl doctors there and I'd like to get that straightened out.
Everyone was very very nice, very helpful, nurses, doctors and I... are going to keep continuing to go to them and I like them very well, thank you.
Bradley was very good at teaching and telling us what to do and things like that.
I feel confident in the care I get from the staff in cardiology at Carle. The negative part of my visit is the price I have to pay! I feel the care a get is worth a lot, but wow, it's really difficult to meet this demands.
We've seen this physician assistant before, he does not seem to take us seriously, and I had requested to see the actual doctor this time, and that wasn't possible. So I was very guarded upon coming. Thank you.
