Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2003
I was nervous about this appointment. I was very pleased with the end results and feel hopeful on relief.
very well pleased with nurses and doctor
Sarah was very pleasant & explained what & why she believed to be going on with me. Was very satisfied when leaving her office.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
The provider seemed a bit more interested in talking about her health issues than talking about mine.
Sarah Henry APN was very kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, n friendly. She communicated w/ both of us(patient n wife) her concerns about my health, etc...
Sarah Henry is lovely and I enjoyed talking with her. She represents your department well!
The neurology nurse Sarah was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and also kind and friendly. She helped me a lot!
I always have a great experience in Neurology. Everyone is always so polite and nice. I see Sarah Henry and feel she has alqays listened and has addressed my concerns.
I feel very comfortable working with Sarah Henry. She is abreast of my health issues and knows my preferences in addressing those issues. I am very confident in receiving her knowledge and then working with her on how to best act on it. I feel I can rely on her for advice in anticipating my health issues going forward.
NP, Sarah Henry read my chart prior to my visit and realized that a very severe medical problem that I've suffered with for several months, was a side effect.. She had me stop the med, and within 72hrs, I was free of all symptoms.. I thank God For NP, Sarah Henry.
I LOVE Sarah Henry. She's just wonderful!
I like my visits with Sarah Henry.
Sarah and the nurse were excellent as usual.
We saw Sarah in Neurology. I have already shared with my family how exceptional she was, how knowledgeable, and how helpful. She was understanding and has offered to us the opportunity to contact her through her email at anytime with any questions or concerns. She went above and beyond to help to schedule a CT Scan (to squeeze us in) because with my husband's dementia issues - it's just not easy to get him ready and to keep him focused for an appointment (he can change his mind in an instant and refuse to go). Since we were there already, she helped us get what we needed done in one trip. I cannot thank her enough and I feel grateful that she is going to be our provider as I walk through this journey with my husband. I would give her an A++++!
I have had issues with my migraines for 22 years and Sarah Henry is first person that I felt like took the time to pay attention, ask all the questions, and help me.
Sarah was extremely kind and put my fears at ease.
My provider is the best possible, I would not want to try to change this provider in any way. She is so trustworthy. She knows me better than I really know myself. She knows how to pull information about my healthcare that I don't want to admit to myself by asking the right questions to me and my daughter.
The nurse that treated me was one of the most amazing nurses I've ever had. She was such an amazing person. She listened to everything I had to say, joked around with me, and made me feel so comfortable. Plus she gave amazing advice on how to deal with the health problem I was dealing with. Please let her know how amazing she is!
I had very good care. All the nurses were very very nice, and the doctors that come in, they were very nice and I was very pleased with the with everything and I'd order my food and it was very good, and I was very pleased with the whole visit.
Very helpful treatment from excellent APRN.
