Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2007
Was not happy that the nurse had to page the attending for discharge order SEVERAL times. Particularly since he was there when the doctor said I was okay to be discharged. Plus, after waiting over an hour, someone came in to see if I was still waiting on transport then walked out without saying anything. I waited a little while longer and then walked out on my own accord. Not the usual service I'm used to at Carle.
Yours and was very thorough and sensitive and dr. Cradock was amazing.
Everything was good. I had no problems with anything. Everyone was very kind and considerate. For me it was easy to get to as I don't like to go to the main facility if I don't have too. Thank you.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Dr Cradock went out of her way to understand my concerns and goals adequately. She doesn't mince words about the risks of surgery, but her goal is to make sure I am well educated about the plan. I know I wouldn't be able to find anyone to care for me better than she will.
I received outstanding care while in the hospital following surgery. The nursing staff was excellent, and I appreciate being involved in the decisions for my care. I found that Docors, Nurses and others listened to me as I explained my concerns regarding my care. To complete this survey it would be very helpful to know how you define "Care Provider" Does Care Provider include Doctors, Nurse. Aids of Technicians? My only complaint is that the Aids did not follow up regarding basic needs (making sure I had water, etc). Overall I received great care from my Surgical Team and the post-op care staff.
I was treated very excellent after my surgery. [...] Everybody at Mills and the hospital and the doctors were very excellent and very respectful and very compassionate towards me as a patient and I would recommend them to anyone.
Was very pleased with visit and even more pleased when I got a phone call from the doctor herself shortly after I left with results she was waiting for.
Dr. Cradock and her nurse make an amazing team.
I had a great experience today! All questions were answered! Staff are excellent! Very satisfied with everything! Thanks
It's not a pleasure at all to have roommates and your seating for family is horrendous
They were very timely for an early morning appointment. They were quite timely, in fact, they took me in a little bit earlier than the scheduled appointment.
Dr. Cradock and assistant were great and took time to make sure I was aware of what was happening and my comfort during procedure. Upstairs is very confusing and check in out line for optometrists 8 ly, and long line blocking elevators.
Felt completely well cared for.
Dr. Cradock is very good. She's informative and shows a patient that she cares about a person's well being.
Very friendly, helpful people
pre-surgery pleasant post-surgery phase 1 pleasant post-surgery phase 2 not pleasant
I had the best care. The nurses took amazing care of me. Helped me wake up, use the restroom and made sure I was ready to go home.
Every staff member I met was terrific. Excellent care, first rate experience.
Nurse [...] was so kind and helpful and Dr Kimberly Cradock was easy to talk to and took her time to explain my options. I was satisfied with my experience at Carle.
