my biggest issue was with discharge orders on my nutrition. I did not receive orders and was sent home with the wrong nutrition.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

The only problem we had was this is our first time up there and the address was confusing. We finally found it because of the different buildings involved. The next time we go it won't be a problem. We actually came early because we came from quite a distance because we could not estimate how long it would take us to get in and out. So we came early and they took us in right away. We didn't have to wait and as a result we got out ahead of time to so we were very satisfied. Thank you.


Had an unfortunate mixup with hospital pharmacy providing wrong form of bacitracin for my corneal abrasion (I had multiple doses of the kind not intended for optical use administered directly into my eye). By the next morning someone (nursing staff?) noticed the error and corrected it but it made for a highly uncomfortable night


Always treated with compassion and the staff is very and kind. Great listeners. Make me feel at home.


I just wanted to say that I felt that everyone that's Carle clinic at Field South treated me with respect and also with kindness and that is big for me. I really appreciated that. They listen to my concerns about pain control and and they took care of it, then it was wonderful and I really appreciate the kindness and the concern.


Dr. Bailey B-A-I-L-E-Y is a outstanding physician. That's all I have to say.


I was called in early and treated promptly and courteously.


I have been a patient of Dr. Bailey's for several years. I always have an excellent experience.


I went into it pretty ignorant about the recovery process. Seems there was a pretty standard recovery roadmap I didn't have.


The staff was great for the most part. Some of the nurses were exceptional and went above and beyond. The staff seemed to have more on their plate then they could deal with at certain times so that is when things were not as good. I think they could use more help when needed, or more people on call at busy times.


I was extremely impressed with Dr. Bailey, and in the the lead up to meeting with him the [...]. And lastly Dr. Bailey popped in before my appointment, said "[...], I know you're here. I'm finishing up a surgery. I'll be with you shortly." That's never ever happened to me before and I also had the highest level of the esteem and confidence after that. So very impressed, and I've got one more procedure and I'm very confident it's going to go well.


I was very pleased with every condition that they dealt with me give her a kind in careful and enjoyable. [...] I was very pleased with my meeting.


Dr. Bailey and his staff were so wonderful when I ... was in their office. I started to pass out, and they were so kind and so caring and so understanding, and I definitely will, you know, refer other people to them and to the office. Just very wonderful with me.


Registration was exceptional in helping me schedule my MRI. Pleasant, considerant, polite. I felt like I was the most important to her at the time. Great experience!
