Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2009
Good experience all around.
Laura Browning was awesome! She was very nice and helped calm my nerves by talking me through everything she was going to do before she did it. I appreciate that type of care.
She discounted much of what I had to say, kind of telling me that what I said wasn't true - which I felt was not quite fair.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Since it was my first visit to Carle at the Fields, I appreciated the "Patients" signs directing me where to go. I was a little confused when I got to the 3 buildings in the northwest area. Perhaps a little more signage should indicate which facility is which.
at the Fields you still need more handicapped parking and it would also be helpful to have parking attendant services available.
They were very helpful
I have seen Laura Browning many times. She is an excellent provider and really cares about her patients. I have recommended her many times.
I love this provider! Laura Browning is cute, down to earth, motherly. I wish she was in Adult Med. She definitely be my primary. Definition of Cute- warm smile, bright eyes, friendly, glad to see YOU, anxious to help, well rounded happy person. I bet she's a positive person.
Doctor I saw was very good.
The ears nose and throat unit moved out to Carle in the fields. I was not aware that they moved in May. and it been a year since I've been to see Dr. Browning. I was not told they moved. I almost missed my appointment because of lack of knowledge. When you make an appointment you should be told are you aware that they are in a new facility.
I thought it was rather...a little challenging when you came in to number 1, find out where you were supposed to go, and I was told I was to go to an ear, nose, and throat doctor. There were none of the markings on your signs that say that. There's the big O word, but...and then it says, "Head and Neck Surgery." There was not enough help in the halls, and the people at the main desk said, "Well, just down the hall." I found that not very supportive.
Dr. Laura Browning is attentive and caring. She never disappoints??
I would rate Laura Browning as 15, if possible.
Very professional and courteous.
Was almost 1 full hour after scheduled appt time before I was seen be PA. Had to leave exam room and ask if I had been overlooked. Were no other patients in waiting room when I arrived for appt.
I saw Laura Browning in the ENT department and she was very pleasant and engaging and very gentle with the ear exam. Highly recommend her
Very caring and talked to me and assured me
I felt that I got great care and all of my questions were answered. My options were also clearly explained.
I appreciated Laura Browning's friendliness.
