Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

Being diagnosed with cancer is pretty scary. So the care that I received, and the compassion of everyone I came in contact with that the Mills Breast Cancer Institute made me feel so comfortable with what I'm going through. I really appreciate the professionalism of of my team and I look forward to, it as much as someone can to having excellent care throughout this process. I'm glad I came to Carl and the Mills Breast Cancer Institute and particularly that I am working with the Dr. Perdekamp and the rest of my team. Thank you.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

Dr. Perdekamp is about the best cancer doctor that a person could ever ask for she knows what she's doing and she knows how to talk and communicate well with the person with a patient. She's very very good and she should be remaining in your your clinic. I would recommend anybody to her she is the best.
