What is EAP?
As an employer, the health and well-being of your workforce is paramount. But do you have all the resources at hand to help your employees through personality conflicts, family issues or substance abuse?
Our approach in providing EAP services is to deliver professional help in areas where personal concerns and productivity concerns overlap. We recognize that your employees are your most valuable asset. We believe that by providing a comprehensive list of services, we will help you help your employees achieve your business objectives and goals.
EAP is staffed with professionals trained in assessment and short-term counseling.
All counselors are graduate-prepared, experienced professionals and licensed in their fields of expertise.
We're here to help.
It's easy to schedule a confidential appointment. Resolutions schedules EAP appointments Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Evening appointments are also available for your convenience.
For immediate assistance during crisis situations, call 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
Your EAP is available anytime, for any reason.
Your employer offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for short-term confidential counseling services for employees and your household members. EAP counselors can help you with many problems, including:
- Relationship/Marital Conflicts
- Emotional Stress
- Family and Parenting Difficulties
- Alcohol and Substance Abuse
- Workplace Problems
- Financial Issues
Services are confidential.
We know that your privacy is important to you, so EAP sessions are held at an off-site location. All information discussed is strictly confidential. Unless legally mandated, nothing from these sessions will be shared with anyone without your written consent. If additional assistance is recommended, your EAP counselor will facilitate a referral process based on your personal situation and financial circumstances.
