What to Expect When You Call

All incoming calls to the EAP are answered by our trained call center staff. You will talk with someone who is professionally degreed in the behavioral health field. Our call center staff will gather some initial background information from you (i.e., name, address, emergency contact number, employer, etc.). They will also screen for suicidal/homicidal ideations. The call center staff will then offer you an appointment with the provider they believe most closely matches your need at that time. For non-emergency calls, we try to offer an appointment within three business days. For emerging/emergent calls, we offer same day appointments.
