We offer two basic pricing structures and options for employers:
- Capitation: per employee per year rate for each eligible employer (includes spouses and dependents). This is an all-inclusive charge and allows the employer to budget a fixed annual expense for the program.
- Fee for service: We charge an annual administration charge (i.e., charge for 24/7 access, network costs, etc.). Direct services (counseling, training and critical incidents) are billed at an hourly rate or on a per session basis. This is purchasing EAP services as "a la carte" and the annual charges will fluctuate based on clinical utilization/training needs.
