Resolutions provides both 1 session or up to 6 session face-to-face EAP model. The model sessions cover a variety of behavioral health issues such as:

  • Marital discord
  • Stress
  • Parent/child concerns
  • Emotional concerns
  • Job performance issues

Resolutions also provides a telephonic EAP via a health plan for employers (please contact us to see if you are eligible for this service).

Workplace Training & Consultation

Resolutions can support the human resource development effort of its companies by providing customized services to address specific behavioral or organizational issues at work. These consulting opportunities include:

Critical Incident Stress Debriefing

Since our inception nearly 30 years ago, we have been involved in numerous workplace incidents at employer facilities. We have provided on-site responses including education, support and trauma management. We believe this resource aids in positioning the employer as resilient in mitigating the effects of trauma.

Resolutions EAP also offers an online resource library with hundreds of articles, tips and tools regarding work/life balance issues. There are also opportunities to attend online webinars from the comfort and privacy of your home.
