Features & benefits of MyCarle

MyCarle, our new patient web portal, provides online access to portions of your medical record. Whether you’re at work, home or on the road, you can view your medical information at anytime, day or night:

• Medications, immunizations, allergies, medical history and insurance coverage
• Lab results
• Details of your past and upcoming appointments
• Discharge instructions from your physician
• Health trends including weight, height, blood pressure, pulse and BMI

In the future, MyCarle will provide new, convenient methods of online communication with your doctor’s office, including prescription renewals, appointment requests and interaction with your physician.

If you have not seen a Carle doctor since August 28, 2011, there may be limited information available for you to view in your MyCarle account, as some information will not be entered into our new electronic medical record system until your next office visit.
