Please note: At our Carle Urbana South Clinic location (at Carle Foundation Hospital), some advanced testing services have limited availability after certain hours due to patient volume. CT scans with contrast are available until 8:30 p.m., and ultrasounds and CT scans without contrast until 9 p.m. General X-ray, flu, RSV, strep, pregnancy, basic STD and urine testing have no time restrictions.
If you’re experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please go to the nearest emergency department or call 911. If your Carle Health Convenient Care provider determines you need a higher level of care, they can arrange a transfer to your preferred hospital. For questions about insurance coverage, please contact your insurance provider.

* Sports Physicals are available for ages 11 and older at Convenient Care/Convenient Care Plus location, at our Mobile Health Clinic or at your primary care provider. For 10 and under please schedule with your primary care provider. Applicable to Carle Foundation Hospital, Carle Health on Curtis, Mattoon on Hurst, Danville and Hoopeston.
