If you have a chronic, progressive illness and want to make the most of each day, Carle Health Palliative Care can help.

Palliative care may be right for you if:
  • You would like more care and support for your illness.
  • You believe help managing your pain and symptoms would make life better for you.
  • You have been in and out of the hospital with increasing frequency.
  • You are moving from one care setting to another (for example, hospital to home).
  • Your illness is creating stress for you and your family.

How Can I Request Palliative Care?
