Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2010
Dr Jung is a fantastic Dr, one of the best, I've seen. I trust & believe in him ?? %.
Hoping this injection I will be getting in my spine helps. Feeling hopeful.
Dr.Jung and his staff are wonderful people and very friendly. I also feel very comfortable with Dr.Jung and there is not a lot of doctors that I do feel as comfortable.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
I've never been so humiliated in my life by a doctor, or talked to in such a nasty way. I don't think people should force people to have surgery, that they don't want to have. He's supposed to be a pain doctor, not a doctor recommend surgery. Thank you.
I felt the Dr was very forth coming with what he recommended for treatment. He took time to explain very thoroughly what he felt my treatment should be.
A 30 dollar copay for something that could be explained over the phone or an email is overkill. I know I'm not the only one that feels this way. Maybe a 10 minute visit for 30.00. And health insurance keeps going up as well.
Yes, the doctor was not concerned where my real pain was that he would not listen to me and he was real excited or hyper and didn't want to listen to me.
We were very impressed with Dr. Jung, and the nurse was excellent. I'm very optimistic about the care, including some shots that I'll be receiving from Dr. Jung, and his nurse. Thank you very much. Goodbye.
Dr. Jung and the spinal pain block he performed, dramatically reduced my low-back pain from level 10 to level 3 or lower! My pain went from daily "torture", to "manageable" with a return to more active, normal, and mostly pain free daily living. I am amazed and thrilled that such a quick, relatively non-surgical procedure has provided immediate, and near complete pain relief, and returned my daily activities to nearly normal. I can walk with a more normal gate. I can climb stairs, without pain and fear of falling. I've regained the ability to drive for short local trips & tasks. And while my professional work remains limited, I've resumed some basic household tasks, and social activities. In short, daily living is no longer the painful "torture" that it was-thankfully!
Dr Jung took extreme care with my appointment and yet was totally on time. He is a caring professional!
The office visit was excellent. They got me in right away. They took care of what needs to be care taken care of and they got me scheduled for the pain department. The only criticism I have is you said this would be a timely a quick summary and it went on and on and on and I didn't appreciate that. Bye. Bye.
I would rate Carle clinic at a 10 100 percent stastifed
From check in to check out...great job
I went to this particular doctor because I was told that he would approve a medical marijuana license and did not so I'm disappointed. I was looking for CBD oil. I just wanted to try something. I seem to be allergic to everything I try for pain management. So that's it.
For a pain management clinic, the staff has very little understanding and compassion for people in chronic pain. The nurse especially seemed unsympathetic and unwilling/unable to problem solve or suggest solutions to my questions and concerns.
I was left with no solution to a pain problem that is severe.
I feel completely confident in my carle staff. They make me feel like I am important to them
This department should not be housed in the basement. It needs more, it needs better space. Their space for the staff and windows at a minimum.
Everyone in Dr.Jung office are great
Dr. Jung, it's one of the best doctors that I have ever had the pleasure to have. I would recommend him for anyone who is going through significant amount of pain. And need someone to manage over their health issues. He is one of the best doctors I would choose and we recommend. Thank you.
