Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2012
I have had several procedures at the HVI and every one has been outstanding. We are most fortunate to have this resource in our community. It is top notch.
The only very slightly negative observation I have is that I'm having to go to Carle a lot right now for cancer treatment. I wish there would be some way in your computer system to not ask all the questions over and over again (been out of country, address, insurance, etc. etc.) Answers were the same just the day before..... : ) Thank you Carle for your very kind treatment of me!
I do not wish to disrespect anyone hired at Carle, in any position from high professional to service personnel. If I am specific, whatever I might say would bounce back to the subject, then to me which would not improve my patient treatment. I believe that all employees are performing with the best of intentions, and whatever has not pleased me was not deliberate.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Dr. Babcock is very personable and straight-forward on my issues, and how I need to deal with them in the future. He showed me before and after xrays of my [...] surgery and explained everything quite well! He also inspected my [...] and gave me some ideas on how to maintain them better...I appreciate his frankness and professionalism! [...]
The doctor was very nice and funny and the nurses I had was excellent. This was definitely one of the best experience I have had at Carle. The team was great!
Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I always knew what was going on and they made me feel so comfortable.
Hi, Dr. Babcock's office was excellent and if they hadn't had done this procedure on me, I would not been able to walk. I was trying to get this fixed for years and nobody else could figure it out. So I would highly recommend them.
Everybody was I great and I thank them all
I really appreciated Dr. Babcock and his nurses and their rapport and I feel like Dr. Babcock was exceptionally skilled at what he was doing. I had no pain hardly. He was very good and I would highly recommend him and then nurses were exceptional in there too. So I just really appreciated them all.
