Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

Dr. Higham was very friendly and made me very comfortable at my visit. She did a great job explaining my options to me. This was the first time meeting her and I would highly recommend her.

Yes, I would like to say that Dr. Higham did a outstanding job all the times that I've been with her and for my double mastectomy. She was very encouraging, uplifting and built my confidence in her to where it reduced my stress and worry and I think she did a very outstanding job taking care of me and her personal nurse, I've had experience seeing her and she was fantastic too Thank you.

Dr Higham is a very good surgeon and the "team" is a wonderful idea but feel they should follow with phone calls, etc after surgery.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

The care that I got was very good. Everybody was attentive and saw to my needs and I could have no complaints at all. Thank you.

Dr. Higham is so friendly, caring, concerned about her patients that I trust her to do my surgery and particularly asked and requested her. She's just absolutely great.

Nice clean facility

I find it hard to rate my visit because I waited 30 minutes in the exam room only to have a nurse come in and tell me the doctor wasn't coming because she is on vacation.

Dr [Higham] is an excellent Dr and her nurse [...] was a pleasure to deal with as well.
