4.7 out of 5 (90 Ratings, 18 Comments)4.790

Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

Everyone I came in contact with was very professional, and treated me with respect.

Excellent care by both nursing staff and physician!

Very friendly

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

Excellent care by both nursing staff and physician!

Very friendly

Both the audiologist and doctor were professional courteous.

Always A+ customer service!!

This is the first time that I had a visit with the audiologist and everything went very well. She was very informative and very cooperative and if I would have to refer her to somebody else I would certainly do it in just a minute. Okay.

It seems very unorganized, and we couldn't, it took us 15 minutes to find the door to go into, and it it just doesn't seem like everything's going very good. I was very disappointed in that, you have long long hallways, and that didn't seem right and I wasn't really happy with the facility.

Kristine was very friendly and extremely helpful. I really appreciated visiting with her talking about my hearing issues, and I just I can't give her enough credits. She was super. Thank you.

Pleased with testing & evaluation.

Kristine was very pleasant and easy to relate to. She was very helpful in setting up my hearing aids.

Building is beautiful and bright. But you need to put up some signage, I was confused and thought the building was only for surgeries. Very confusing!

Excellent experience! Dad can hear again!!! Thank you, thanks you!

This was a repeat hearing evaluation And answered the questions I had And also planned appropriate fu in future w K Herrman

The physician's assistant had a great bedside manner. She was cheerful and wonderful in that way, but she did say that she was sending me to get an MRI because I might have like a tumor and I'm young and it'll be fine. But she didn't.... she wasn't specific about it or didn't talk about the next steps after that or what that might mean or maybe what I should look up so I've been looking up things and get a little freaked out. So it would be nice to have a little bit more information about what the possibilities were and what was coming next, but her bed side manner was exceptional.

My experience was very good. I had a test that I had never had before and the test was explained very thoroughly.

Hi. Kristine was absolutely amazing. I've already recommended to have her to two friends. I think that she was very professional very knowledgeable gave me your hearing test. Like I never had before I was completely 100% satisfied with Kristine and I'm looking forward to the next hearing test if I should need or if I should need or anything. I know she's available. But yes, yes. Yes Kristine is an amazing employee and I hope she always stays there.

The audiologist and Teck were very helpful and informative

The person doing the test gave me very good information during the testing.
