Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

The only complaint that I have is that my wrist has hurt ever since the procedure, and I wish now that I would have just let him go in the groin, and refuse to let him go in the wrist, because I don't know if I have carpal tunnel or not.
Dr. Wiarda is always caring and compassionate. She is a great doctor and has a fantastic personality. I am always comfortable talking to her about health concerns because she listens and cares.
Hi, the doctor does a great job of telling the information. The nurse was great, all that all that that whole building everybody I've worked with it's been really good, and they're great and I must somebody get some way out of line it'll stay that way. Thank you.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Ohh, I have nothing to criticize. I'm very well pleased with Dr. Wiarda and the nurse. Thank you.
Karen Wiarda is great Cardiologist.
Dr. Wiarda is the greatest!!
I checked 5 on the recommend question because I do not recommend providers to anyone.
Hi, I respect Dr. Wiarda as much as she respects me. Thank you so much for a good heart doctor.
Don't believe I could be cared for any better. Karen Wiarda is the best. She's excited about her work, loves the challenge, and I think up to date on treatment procedures. Very thorough care for me. Possitive results. HAPPY PATIENT-I feel great.
As far as Dr. Karen Wiarda goes she is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. I admire her she communicates well. She's got a good bedside manner, she's very, very thorough and knowledgeable. As far as Carle and General goes, your communication and phone system is absolutely atrocious. Bordering on unethical, and it is too many layers. Too many layers before you can talk to anyone. However, Dr. Wiarda nurses and herself are make themselves more accessible than other doctors at Carle and that is one reason why I like them so much
The service was great. It was very timely. Nurse and DR explained the visit and scheduled the next say appt.
