Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

The 2 people administering the test were terrific. Made the test less painful.

I came away knowing more re: condition. Dr Cranston explained the condition, possible medications if needed but most importantly put me at ease re: cause/effect. All staff encountered were pleasant.

everything great as usual

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

Needed to get a blood work up for my Epilepsy medicine levels. I've been meaning to do that, but I forgot to do it this time and the last time. Need to get it done again. Bye.

09/10/2019

Very slow getting test results back and very slow getting medication refills.

Dr. Cranston spent time going over my conditions and treatment options. He involved me in the course of treatment and really made me feel at ease. I was very pleased.

Cranston is the bomb. Rob

06/03/2019

They made me feel very comfortable and were friendly. One of the best visits I've had at any appointment

Parking was horrible. One of the garages was closed and it was not labelled that it was closed. It caused a large back up in the drop off line, and there was no signage directing you to the alternate parking garage.

04/23/2019

This time they listen to me. What i had to say about my headaches.

I have seen Dr. Cranston since <...> and he always takes absolutely great care with me and he says and explains things to me and I couldn't ask for him to be any nicer to me. He's just A plus, with the patients.

We've been seeing Dr. Cranston. My husband has had Parkinson's for 20 years. We could not be happier. Dr. Cranston is very efficient. He's very compassionate. He's very open. He's very knowledgeable. We are certainly blessed and grateful to be working with him.

03/01/2019
