Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

You have a Great bunch of people working there!!! Thank You!!!
Overall my visit was good but, seems like we can't get to the bottom of my problems. Feel like a genie pig with take this medicine to see if this helps, stop taking this, we are going to try this, and not getting to the bottom of my problem.
Dr. Heena Jain was thorough with me and I would recommend her to anyone. She was a very pleasant person and seemed well knowledgeable of her ... what's of her position as a doctor of Rheumatology. I think she's wonderful. Thank you.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Visit was on time and I got out in good time. Nurse and Dr. was polite and professional.
Since this is a Rheumatology office I believe that there should be more time given for the patient to discuss all their problems. I do work in health care, so I was able to talk very quickly, but I felt very rushed. Thank you.
Great Doctor took her time to listen and explain my treatment plan. Was not in a rush, answered my questions.
Everyone at Carle starting from the receptionist all the way up to the doctor treated me with respect and kindness.
My doctor did not look at any of my history. My doctor wanted me to have tests I'd already had one month prior to the visit with my doctor. I had to pay twice for the same blood test, one blood test being a month prior at a different facility. She ran the same blood test again, instead of going on to the next step. She recommended I take Tylenol with the medication I take for my pain, which my pain level some days is between 8 and 10 at the worst. My doctor didn't find time to go over my x-rays that I had provided her with and the reports to them
I feel that anytime I visit a visiting specialist, they hurry.
Dr. Heena Jain is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor who explains things extremely clearly, while also being reassuring. She's terrific and the nurses are always stellar.
