Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

Well, I had a very good experience with Dr. Johnson, and she listened and she she was at humor as well as wisdom, and the combination was very very helpful, and I would recommend her to anybody and everybody and I think she gave me Alternatives and kind of explain why one would be better than another, I had options, and and I appreciated that and I appreciate her. Thank you. Bye.

Dr. Patricia Johnson is the greatest oncologist that I've ever known, and she's done very well and I've been with her for 17 years. However, the facility is lacking in consideration and in depth of service. So, therefore, I go where Dr. Johnson is, regardless of where the facility is. Thank you very much.

Always a great experience. Dr. Johnson is a very caring and patient provider. Always listens, doesn't rush me through the visit and always answers my questions. Very caring and personable!

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
