Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2017
I like Dr. Cheng. She much better than the last cancer doctor I saw two years ago.
Dr.Cheng friendly and funny made me feel better about how my surgery would be and answered my questions really liked her was worried but feel better speaking with her everyone friendly with me thank you!
I have always had an exceptional visits
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
I was very happy with Dr. Cheng and her nurse, had all my questions answered and we all came up with a plan for going forward.
I LOVE THIS DOCTOR. SHE ASKED ME QUESTIONS, I WAS A LITTLE UNEASY SHE HELPED ME THREW IT
It was done very well. Thank you.
How do you put in words the doctors and nurses that have been on a team that God put together to save my life. They are perfection. Not just their learned skills, but their kindness, their inner love for their patients and their deep caring for your every need. Their smiles and laughter, the volunteers coming in your room with so much more then snacks, their love of their jobs to meet patients and make a difference by bring sunshine to us on our days of treatments. How do you pick out just one? How much is a smile worth? a light touch on your shoulder? A gentle hug? I don't know It meant the world to me.
I have never felt so humiliated in my life with a sickness. I found out I had cancer and came for the OB oncologist. It was a very bad experience. I am very hurt and very upset. I don't know if I'm going to get any proper care now. I do not know what to do. It seems like no one cares. She's the only oncologist gynecologist and I guess since she's like that she could talk to people any way she wants and downgrade you as much as possible. I am so disgusted and very, very depressed and have lost all hope.
Very pleasant office visit. I appreciated Dr.Cheng explaining what she was going to do before she examined me, so it wasn't an unpleasant surprise.
I would like to know the results after the test was taken.
I thought I was sent to this doctor for different procedure. It was just another waste of time for me.
This is my [...] appointment with Dr. Cheng [...], and I appreciated that she took the time to meet with me and talk to me and go over my history before doing an exam. Thank you.
The wait time to check in to see the doctor has gone longer and longer as I've been going to last 3 years. Seems like you could do better in that. Thank you.
I have always been treated with compassion and care at Carle by their Doctors and nurses. Thank you
Never had anyone that was not professional at carle.this is a great hospital and staff .I have been there a lot in the past couple of months .awesome place .
All staff were friendly, competent, and respectful.
I went to the appointment feeling anxious and defeated. I came away feeling empowered and optimistic. Its the best I've slept in months.
Dr. Cheng is very professional and thorough. She takes time for questions and explains things so I can understand. I feel she genuinely cares about me and my health. She encourages me each time I have seen her. Her nurses make me feel comfortable as they take my vitals. I like the way they state the results of the blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, oxygen level as they take them. The receptionist is also very helpful and friendly. All these things instill confidence in the care I am receiving at Carle Clinic.
The doctors explained my diagnosis and my surgery and things that I need to do leading up to the surgery good, the time that I had to wait in the room for the doctor to initially come in to see me could have been a lot shorter and my wait in the waiting room could have been a lot shorter as well.
Dr. CHENG AND HER STAFF ARE AMAZING , extremely consistent with the Carle culture of patient care and professionalism, that has made me want to be a part of the Carle family in all of my healthcare issues. Thank you Carle staff!!!!!????????????
