Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2017
The new building was very difficult to fine.
Communication between the doctor and their front desk for follow up appointment was off.
Dr was a good communicator
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Professionalism was appreciated.
Dr [...] and his staff were very kind to my [##] year old mother. They treated her with great respect and explained thing about my mom's hearing very well.
A very relaxed and informative visit.
There had been a power failure the previous evening and the staff/ providers could not access medical history, etc. Despite that, I thought they did a good, thorough job.
They took into account all of my concerns. They went ahead and did a hearing test and then suggested we do a more invasive - invasive hearing test. I would recommend and everybody I know. Thank you.
This was my first appointment in the new facility in the fields. The map I received before the appointment was an invaluable help to finding the place. Nice architecture, too!
We were admitted earlier than our appointment scheduled time. The provider was very personable, efficient, and helpful
I was definitely a little scared to find out that my hearing was not getting any better but my doctor made me feel comfortable about my options to help with that!
I love Carle thanks so much for all your help keep up the good work
Jackie, [...] and [...] are top notch. They are supportive and willing to listen to all concerns.
Dr. Hufendick was absolutely the best. She was very thorough in her explanations, provided great insight as to what to expect and in regards to the next steps. Additionally, she was very friendly, courteous and represented CARLE exceptionally well. Dr. Hufendick is a very valuable resource!
I think you did a very good job. It was very interesting. Very informative. Our experience was very very good. I have no questions and I just thought they did a great job.
Although everyone was patient and nice it was extremely disappointing to find that although I have 100 % discount from Carle financial they were unable to provide me with hearing aids.
