Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 1991
The overall appointment was great. However, it seems odd that we had to walk to the Sleep Clinic to schedule her sleep study, only to come back to schedule a follow up appointment. It would be much more patient friendly to have the office call the Sleep Clinic and assist with scheduling the study so everything could be scheduled at once.
I recommend [Carle] Hospital to my family (INAUDIBLE). All I can say is good things about about [Carle] Hospital. Thank you very much.
Dr. Davison and his staff are always amazing.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Dr. Davidson has a great bedside manor, really listens to my concerns, and explains what is going on. He genuinely cares about his patients. [...].
Yes,the first couple of experiences that Dr. Davison, were not that great and I just felt like he didn't understand me or my needs and was very rude. But the last visit that we had after I had reported him to supervisor, it seemed like he took the time it was very attentive to me and my son so I have to say that he did a complete 360 and I felt like he did understand me since he took more time with me. He got us in a little early for our appointment as well. So I would recommend him he is a good doctor.
