Management/Supervisory Training
This training enables supervisors to identify and refer troubled employees under their supervision. EAP is viewed as an additional human resources tool to provide troubled employees with a confidential resource to address their concerns. Using EAP as a resource provides the employer with an additional buffer as related to protected health information (PHI) and the employer's need to know as related to health conditions. The benefits of this training are reflected in the high number of supervisory referrals to our EAP. Supervisory Referrals
One of the supervisory tools we recommend to retain employees and to assist them in doing well in their jobs is a supervisor referral to Resolutions. When a supervisor notices a valued employee is having difficulty, he or she can complete a formal referral to EAP for counseling. The employee’s confidentiality is preserved except to advise the supervisor the employee has taken advantage of the referral.

Critical Incident Stress Debriefing
Shortly after a serious workplace accident or incident, our staff works with management to enhance the ability to respond. This typically includes on-site support, debriefing employee groups and providing any recommendations following our intervention to aid in the recovery of the affected employee group’s recovery.
