About this event
In this two-hour, in-person class, participants will learn the basics of breastfeeding through a range of topics, including: milk production, how to build and maintain a supply, proper latch and positioning, the basics of pumping, milk storage guidance, common difficulties and how to troubleshoot them, and identification of community resources. Parents will leave feeling ready to begin their breastfeeding experience, armed with the knowledge that they can do it and we’re here to help.
