A medical review officer (MRO) will review all positive drug tests with the patient. Our drug screening meets the Department of Transportation regulations. Non-DOT drug screenings are also available for pre-placement, post-accident, random, reasonable suspicion and follow-up.
Results from rapid drug screens will be reported to employer representative within two hours of collection. Drug screens that require lab processing will be reported 24-48 hours after collection for negative results. Positive drug screen results will be evaluated by an MRO and may take three to seven business days to complete. Carle will call the employer representative with results and email, fax or mail a copy.
