Please join us in honoring the memory of those precious babies who are gone from our arms but forever in our hearts. Our annual Shining Light Infant Memorial Service will be taking place in the Chapel Garden at Carle BroMenn Medical Center from 6 - 7:30 p.m. You are welcome anytime throughout the event to come and decorate a luminary, stroll through the Remembrance Path and talk with support staff if desired.
We will be remembering our babies along with thousands of others as we participate in the International Wave of Light, the annual worldwide lighting of candles at 7 p.m.
Staff from Spiritual Care and the Mother Baby Unit will be present for support during the event.
The weather is unpredictable, so please consider dressing in layers to allow yourself to remove or add layers if needed. In the past we have experienced rain, so umbrellas may be recommended. The event may be moved inside in case of inclement weather.
