At Trillium Place Young Minds Center, an affiliate of Carle Health, our teams offer inpatient and outpatient mental and behavioral health care for youth, designed to meet children and teens where they are and provide therapeutic support throughout care.

Walk-In Assessments for Services Available:
Monday – Saturday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday Noon – 6 p.m.
If a behavioral health crisis happens outside of walk-in hours—or for any medical emergency—dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Comprehensive inpatient services are delivered in a safe and supportive care setting. Care plans and length of time in services is individualized to each child's needs. Programming commonly includes educational and group counseling, individual therapy, art therapy, recreational therapy, medication management, as needed, along with participation in on-site schooling.
Therapeutic services designed to help youth build coping skills, better understand emotions and learn to manage their mental health concerns.
Evaluation and medication support often provided in combination with counseling services.

Parents and caregivers play a key role in supporting their child throughout care. Involvement across services—from assessment to treatment—is encouraged, helping to build understanding, connection, and ongoing support at home.
