Respiratory Therapy

Our trained and licensed respiratory therapists specialize in care for patients suffering from breathing disorders and respiratory diseases. They provide expert CPAP equipment fittings, as well as CPAP follow-ups and progress reports to your doctor. Please call to schedule an in-person or virtual consultation with one of our respiratory therapists, no referral is needed.  Please note that the Bloomington office location is not a medical supply store. For medical supply equipment in the Bloomington-Normal area, please visit our store at Carle Bloomington on Eastland.

We conduct a comprehensive training program with each patient to make sure you understand your plan of care, how to use each piece of equipment and who to contact in case of an emergency.

Repair Service and Maintenance
Our expert technicians are dedicated to providing high-quality service and repair. We provide 24-hour on-call emergency assistance, complete repair and maintenance of all equipment, discharge planning consultation, product education, equipment follow-up and purchase-or-rent options on most equipment.

Delivery, Drop Shipping, Equipment Setup and On-Site Billing
In addition to visiting our stores in person to get your equipment, we also offer convenient delivery options straight to your home. This includes drop shipping – direct delivery from the company that makes your product – for certain types of equipment.

Equipment setup is yet another service we offer our patients. Proper equipment setup not only saves you time and hassle – it also ensures your safety.

Finally, we can also handle all your Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance billing. We want to save you unneeded stress and make your experience as convenient as possible. Our local billing office has a trusted team that works directly with our delivery techs and medical supply store staff. They are available to answer any billing related questions you have.

Customer Return Policy

All Carle Medical Supply sales are final. We offer an exchange for items still within their warranty period and considered defective. A receipt must accompany the defective item. A product is deemed defective if any characteristic of the product hinders its usability for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured.
