Carotid Artery Disease management

• Management of stroke risk factors with lifestyle changes and medication
• Carotid endarterectomy to clear blockage
• TCAR (TransCarotid Artery Revascularization) – minimally invasive, advanced method of delivering a stent to a blocked carotid artery

Endovascular repair of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms

• Standard EVAR – for an aneurysm below the arteries to the kidney
• Complex EVAR – for an aneurysm affecting one or more of the arteries that branch off the aorta

Lower extremity Peripheral Arterial Disease management

• Management of risk factors with lifestyle changes and medication
• Balloon angioplasty
• Stent placement
• Surgical bypass to improve blood flow to affected leg

Varicose vein procedures

• Ablation therapy – laser, radiofrequency or mechanical injection
• Sclerotherapy – chemical injection into veins
• Surgery if needed

Dialysis access and procedures

• Temporary tunneled catheter (neck and chest)
• AV fistula –sewing a piece of a vein from an arm or leg into a nearby artery
• AV graft –sewing a prosthetic graft between an artery and vein in the arm or leg
