Our respiratory therapists will assist you through in-person or virtual consultations to achieve optimal adherence to therapy. The team has decades of combined experience in both the home care and hospital settings. Clinical respiratory support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by simply calling your local store.
Easy Billing
We work with nearly all insurance companies and will handle all verification, authorization and billing functions.
Free Delivery Within Service Area
For products covered by insurance, we offer free shipping directly to your home within a 50-mile radius of any of our four store locations. Purchases through private payment methods will be charged shipping fees.
Placing Your Order
Please call to place your order for delivery to your home or for in-store pickup. To ensure the accuracy of your medical supply order, you must provide us with the quantity, unit of purchase, record number, product number and a detailed description for each product. You'll find this information on a previous invoice or bill. You won't be required to pay at that time, but instead we'll bill your insurance (when applicable) when your order is shipped or when you pick it up.
Orders must be received by 3 p.m. to be ready for pickup or for UPS delivery the next business day. We'll have your order ready for pickup at your chosen Carle Medical Supply location after noon the next business day.
