Resolutions Employee Assistance Program

Carle Employee Assistance Program (EAP) created Resolutions to help organizations assist their employees through personal and workplace challenges. Resolutions employs licensed therapists who are trained in many areas of counseling, conflict resolution, educational services, onsite workshops, and more.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality can be a major concern for individuals who are seeking help. Your information is kept strictly confidential. The Employee Assistance Program's medical records are kept separate from other Carle outpatient and hospital records.

How to Access

Resolutions has two primary office locations in Danville and Urbana. Where Resolutions does not have staff, they have agreements with EAP affiliate providers who have contracted with Resolutions to provide services on our behalf.
