Carle Foundation Day 2021 aims to address the who, what, when, where, why, and how of everyday innovation in healthcare.

  • Who should become an innovator?
  • What does the innovation process look like?
  • When and where can innovations originate?
  • Why are everyday innovations necessary to enhance patient care and healthcare system?
  • Lastly, how do you support culture change for innovation in healthcare?

The expected outcome of this event is empower providers, clinicians and administrators with the necessary tools to become everyday innovators by discussing examples of everyday innovation and the process.
