If you believe you are in labor please call your provider’s office (if it is during office hours) or Labor and Delivery at (217) 383-3305 (if after office hours or on a weekend). A nurse will be able to help you determine the best time and place for evaluation, which could be in your provider’s office or at the hospital. After hours you will be asked to arrive at the Emergency Department and will be directed to the appropriate unit.
