We’re open to serve you, but with extra precautions in place. To minimize the number of people on the unit at one time, registration will take place outside. You will need to wait in your vehicle or inside the nearby building until your appointment time.

We have installed plexiglass barriers and enhanced our cleaning schedule. The MHC is cleaned between patients and deep cleaned nightly. Staff assisting you will be wearing face coverings and other appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the safety of all.

Carle is offering the Pfizer and one-dose Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines alongside the Mobile Health Clinic at all operational sites. Walk-in doses are first come, first serve until daily supplies are exhausted. You may be asked to return at an assigned time to accommodate social distancing.

Who can I contact with questions?

Please call (217) 365-7928 or email Mobile.HealthClinic@carle.com to connect with a Mobile Health Services representative directly.

How much do services cost?

Insurance and financial assistance from community resources are accepted and will be utilized if available, but Carle Mobile Health Services will see all patients regardless of their ability to pay.

Will I be able to get my prescription?

While clinic staff will supply some immunizations, there will be no medications (including narcotics) available. If you receive a prescription during your visit, it will be submitted electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.

Is the clinic connected to my electronic medical record?

Yes. Staff providing care will have access to all patient electronic health records for Carle and Christie Clinic patients. The results of each visit will become part of your electronic health record.

How can I invite Carle Mobile Health Services to be at my event?

Carle Mobile Health Services would be happy to support appropriate community events, at no cost. Depending on accessibility of space and staffing resources, we may determine our support vehicle would be more appropriate for your event.
