Those who qualify will receive a personalized risk management plan developed by our team of experts. The personalized plan may include:

  • Additional screening and/or imaging
  • Genetic testing
  • Breast exams by a healthcare provider
  • Coaching for lifestyle changes
  • Preventive surgeries to reduce risk

You may qualify for the High-Risk Breast Clinic if you have:

  • Family history of breast or ovarian cancer.
  • Known genetic mutations that raise the risk of breast cancer.
  • Tissue-based (breast biopsy) findings, including:
    • Atypical ductal hyperplasia.
    • Atypical lobular hyperplasia.
    • Lobular carcinoma in situ.
  • Male breast cancer.
  • Fibrocystic breast disease.

Ask your primary care provider, obstetrician or gynecologist if you might qualify for a high-risk assessment and services. Or call one of our High-Risk Breast Clinic for more information.
