Infant Care

Your baby is growing every day and becoming familiar with the world around him/her. We make sure your baby receives the care he/ she needs while gently introducing learning, sign language, and sensory experiences. Being rocked and held feels good and secure, too! Infants follow "home" schedules until they are approximately 12 months old. They start a gradual transition at age 12-15 months when children are fed and offered naps according to child care scheduling.

Toddler Development (15-36 months)

These individualized programs are built around your child's strengths, interests, and preferences. Some structure is added to your child's day with much flexibility. Learning and development is achieved through varied play experiences, music, stories, and interactions. We emphasize quality relationships between parent, teacher and child. This positive environment makes learning fun, not frustrating. Lots of hugs, too!

Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten Education (3-5 years)

Our formal full day Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten program increases structure and learning as your child develops. Learning goals and objectives are central to lesson planning. Teachers develop activities that engage the children through hands-on learning, interactions with peers and adults, circle time, and exploration. These activities include: dramatic play, music, science, computers, mathematics, art, crafts, painting, gardening and nature study, exercise and dancing, creative movement, singing, pet care, reading, indoor and outdoor, climbing and organized games, celebration of holidays and birthdays, play dough art, counting, letter and number recognition, and play on our grounds. Picnics and field trips are included regularly to stimulate interest in the world outside the center. These activities allow your child's self-confidence to grow, focus on social and emotional growth, language development, and literacy. We encourage your child to develop new horizons through self-expression and imagination. We teach self-help skills and responsible behavior. Through our positive environment, your child will develop a love for learning and compassion for others.
