I will never forget when we had to call facilities to figure out a tool we could use to remove a tungsten ring from a patient's finger. It worked and we kept the patient from having to go to the ED. Dr. Petro has been our family physician for over 2 years now - to my husband, myself and our 2 teenage daughters. She has given me sound advice on our 13 year old mildly autistic daughter with medicines to try - that have worked!! Dr. Lizer is an asset to the Trillium facilities as well as Carle alike. Dr. Lizer dedicates himself not only to the facilities, but also to the patients he sees as well. Dr Lizer remains reachable and has been seen going above and beyond to assist in care for patients even as they transition from care in the facilities, ensuring that care with Carle remains congruent/ not letting people slip through the cracks as they await a meeting with/ seek out a Primary Care Provider.
