Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

We love Jamie Forsythe! She relates so well to both myself and my son. She explains things so thoroughly, and I left feeling good about my choice to have him seen.
Jamie Forsythe is really, really good with my daughter. She is awesome. She's kind, caring and understanding, and makes sure that she's at ease every time we're in there. I really appreciate everything that she does, and the nurses are just outstanding and do a wonderful job.
We we love going to Jamie. She's always really helpful, explains things. She's does a great job with my son and we really like whenever we can see her when we go.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Jamie Forsythe is wonderful. She treats my daughter with kindness and respect and is a great provider. I have complete confidence in her. The nurses there are wonderful too.
Yes, Jamie Forsythe is wonderful. She was great with the baby and she's just great. I'm we just love her.
I love Miss Jamie. She's awesome.
The provider that my son saw was amazing, but we were unable to obtain any medication that he needed or health care instructions due to insurance. And the nurse that we spoke to on the phone was rather brash and didn't give any alternative to how we could manage care and symptoms. So after the appointment we were not able to follow through with actual care because we didn't have the necessary tools.
I have always been happy with the care Jamie Forsythe gives. She is prepared for the appointments and takes time to listen to our concerns. She is familiar with [...] health history and goes above my expectations in improving his health future. Her care is exceptional.
She was very good with my kid and she treated him with respect and actually physically looked him over from head to toe and I liked that.
