Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2013
I waited too long-be more timely!
Very good place to go.
I love Dr. Leanne Labriola, but the new complex is very hard to navigate. It took me a long time to find the right building and the waiting room area was awful. It's just way too big and it was very hard to here when they were calling your name.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
I like the way that it they treated me. Everything went okay, and I'm doing good with what they've done to me.
The first person I saw was like a machine. I tried to engage conversation and it was futile. The second group that performed tests were wonderful and finally explained what was going to happen and what I could expect.
The only thing the provider talked very very soft and I am hard of hearing that if I was there by myself. I probably couldn't of understood her. But other than that, I would rate her a 10. She was excellent.
The only difficulty I had was finding a time for the next appointment. I am very limited as to days and times and so is the Doctor. It was not easy.
Dr. Labriola was very nice, friendly and extremely informative!
Caring and informative meeting.
Was very irritating checking in at the kiosk Very time consuming. Problems getting my papers from there, was almost late for my appointment , even girls at the desk couldn't figure it out!
There are no buses that go out to these places that are far from town and so it made it so I had to use a cab and that's very expensive. It ends up meaning each each time I go is going to cost more money than I want to pay. So there should be buses that are out there and frequently enough so the people can take them. That's all.
For the EVALUATION EXPERTS: It takes about six hours after my treatment before I can read. I think you sent this message too quickly. Computer dings with new message and I can not read it.
Everyone I saw today was very efficient, kind, and considerate.
Very productive! Treatment is proving successful.
My experience was excellent. I had no stress, no pain and the service was a truly excellent experience. Thank you very much.
The complete staff from top to bottom was very helpful and friendly.
my experience with this provider is always good. she is knowledgeable , friendly, and willing to talk about your symptoms.
It's about most remarkable service I've ever gotten from the hospital and dr.
