Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2013
The eye receptionist is the best. Very professional and helpful
This was the first time ever that I have been checked in in a timely manner. I was feeling very frustrated with wait time every visit to check in but especially checking out. I was returning a call to the eye dept and it took a few days and 4 times calling before anyone ever answered the phone. However, this was a very pleasant visit today and it seems like the staff is settling in and tightening up. Kudos! All the eye girls in the back are super nice too. Have a great day and thanks for listening.
love my doctor at Carle. plan to keep her.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Dr. Labriola is wonderful
My wait times were minimal.
Doctor was TOP notch!! She put me at ease about getting a needle to the eye!
Your guy's care was very top notch. I most definitely would recommend to somebody else only thing I could see that could maybe use some improvement was the the desk apartment checking out. It seemed like there was enough people on-hand. Other than that, it was great experience.
REGISTRATION LINE WAS VERY LONG. KIOSKS DON'T WORK. ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN. THE CHECK-OUT LINE WAS LONGER THAN THE CHECK-IN. A PATIENT NEXT TO ME WAS DISCUSSING HER ISSUES WITH A STAFF MEMBER IN THE HALLWAY. SINCE THE HALLWAY IS SO LONG, THE STAFF HAD TO YELL NAMES OF PATIENTS SO THEY COULD BE HEARD AT THE OTHER END. SIGNAGE WAS NON-EXISTENT OUTSIDE THE FACILITY. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS STERILE AND DID NOT GIVE CONFIDENCE OF A MEDICAL CLINIC. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE NEW FACILITY.
The technician that did my test for my eyes, he was really fantastic. He makes you're very comfortable and very relaxed. The nurse that took care of me with IV in my hand. She was very nice very knowledgeable. The doctor she puts you at ease. She she's so nice and you know going through that procedure. The first time especially was very scary and she made everything okay, and I would have anybody go see her, but I think she's wonderful. I am so glad that I got an appointment with her. I trust her completely. Thanks.
I waited too long-be more timely!
Very good place to go.
I love Dr. Leanne Labriola, but the new complex is very hard to navigate. It took me a long time to find the right building and the waiting room area was awful. It's just way too big and it was very hard to here when they were calling your name.
I like the way that it they treated me. Everything went okay, and I'm doing good with what they've done to me.
The first person I saw was like a machine. I tried to engage conversation and it was futile. The second group that performed tests were wonderful and finally explained what was going to happen and what I could expect.
The only thing the provider talked very very soft and I am hard of hearing that if I was there by myself. I probably couldn't of understood her. But other than that, I would rate her a 10. She was excellent.
The only difficulty I had was finding a time for the next appointment. I am very limited as to days and times and so is the Doctor. It was not easy.
Dr. Labriola was very nice, friendly and extremely informative!
Caring and informative meeting.
Was very irritating checking in at the kiosk Very time consuming. Problems getting my papers from there, was almost late for my appointment , even girls at the desk couldn't figure it out!
There are no buses that go out to these places that are far from town and so it made it so I had to use a cab and that's very expensive. It ends up meaning each each time I go is going to cost more money than I want to pay. So there should be buses that are out there and frequently enough so the people can take them. That's all.
