Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2013
1st time seeing Dr.Garg. He was great.
Procedure was cancelled after most of the prep was done.
Dr. Garg was on time, very gracious, and meticulously explained the need for the visit. I have a lot of confidence in his skills.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
I felt the doctors and nurses gave me appropriate time and really listened to my questions and concerns.
I have great trust in Dr. Garg, and feel he is truly committed to the best treatment plan for me.
I was very impressed with the nurses and with Dr. Garg, things went very well and there was no waiting in between time. They answered my questions and they asked questions that I could answer. Thank you for calling for this survey, and I appreciate your input. Bye. Bye.
Everything was very fine, [...] Goodbye.
I feel that Dr. Garg is an outstanding doctor. I am imminently satisfied with his care and his nurses are also excellent. Thank you.
Mine was not a planned procedure and Dr. Garg worked me in. Everyone was wonderful to me
It's a very good hospital, I like it very well. I couldn't have been more happier. Very good. Thank you.
First time,so far ok.
I always feel very comfortable consulting with Dr. Garg because he takes all of my medical issues into account and assesses each in detail as to how they may possibly impact my cardiovascular health. He then offers suggestions as to how to moderate lifestyle and diet to improve my overall health in much the same way as my family practice doctor. He is also very direct about the issues of greatest concern. Of all the doctors who have treated me in my [##] years I would rate him in the top three.
Dr. Garg and his staff always do a wonderful job.
Parking a nightmare
The Doctor was very informative , listened to me ,explained things in a way I could understand .
I thought she was great doing her job, she was ... always knew what to say.
