Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2013
I'd say that the nurses and the doctors in giving me my car were extremely good and I would recommend this facility to any friend that I know. In fact I already have. Thank you.
Caring and professional
Dr Graham was awesome!
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
My biggest complaint about Carle is the LONG wait times on the phone to get someone one to answer. I ahve waited up to 33 minutes one time. I dont want a call back because I may be at another appointment at that time. When I call I want to be able to look at my calendar on the wall.
Awesome patient care from the beginning to the end of my appointment! Top notch service!
Please with care I received!
It was very, very good.
Keep doing what your doing.
[...] I was very impressed with the doctor, and I had been another doctor at [Carle], but this one here was he was see more interested and he gave me information that I needed and and was very gentle with the infection [...], and I liked him a great deal. Thank you.
Yes, the service was timely and very good. I guess I'll have a different or more of an opinion once I see my my bill for the service, so that may determine, you know, whether I'd recommend someone else coming there or not. So otherwise, no complaints at this time. It's very good. Thank you.
I have already recommended this provider to my friends and husband. I was very impressed with the care.
So glad Dr. Graham has returned!
Yeah, he's a great doctor Dr. Graham and he's very easy to talk to and all that. But the only thing is that the prescription that he prescribed, you know, put out for me it's a $500 and odd something prescription and we can't afford that. So if you could find something a little cheaper, it sure would help. Thank you.
It was a typical rush through, go for the low hanging fruit, Carle appointment. I was interrupted and he was on the computer most of the appointment.
I'd like doctors to be more patient about the medical history and prescription history for us so that they do know what's going on with us. Never hurry for a patient. Thank you.
When I entered the doctor's office the nurse met me, and was most courteous and a joy to speak to, and then the doctor came in and treated my skin cancers, and he is very thorough, very likable, and I have passed out some of his business cards for his benefit. I think he's a very knowledgeable doctor, and I will continue going to him.
I was releaved the spot on my forehead could be burned off without surgery!!!!!
I know that maybe they have a lot of patients but the doctor seems to be going with a stopwatch and that did not make me feel good as it happened maybe they would have to improve it thanks.
Very glad to have Dr. GRAHAM back at Carle on Windsor and Philo Rd.
