Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

Very glad to have met Dr Graham and staff. I have suggested him to my husband.

10/03/2019

This was my first visit with Dr. Graham. I appreciated his ability to make you feel comfortable and his willingness to let talk as well as listen to your concerns. A very good experience.

Every thing was explained to where I could understand. My questions were answered to my satisfaction. Would recommend Dr. Graham to my friends and family.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

Dr Graham's nurse was extremely helpful and spent extra time with me after having a near fainting episode. I greatly appreciated how kind she was.

09/26/2019

Told dr that the person who took my husband and me to the tx room did not give us the option to be seen separately. It was ok with us, but we were not given the choice.

09/24/2019

So happy that Carle has a second dermotologist. The other dermatologist was totally unacceptable. No report and no real concern with me as a patient. He was very good at getting the patient out the door.

09/24/2019

The nurse was very personable and friendly. Dr. Graham was on time and very knowledgeable. Helped me understand my condition.

09/23/2019

I wish the doctor is not in a hurry and doesnt seem rushed. With most Carle providers, they always only give us max 10mins max. Not worth the drive to the clinic and money paid.

09/19/2019

Totally positive experience.

09/19/2019

Good luck and congratulations

09/18/2019

Love Dr Graham's concern and love the time he takes with me!!

09/18/2019

Unsure if gal helping MD was a tech or a nurse

09/10/2019

Thorough check up, identified my issues, answered questions, educational materials and calling card given for any follow up questions and visits. Thank you Dr. Thomas Graham. I was relieved when visit concluded.

09/06/2019

The check out to set up follow up was strange. The representative sat behind a large elevated monitor so you couldn't see her. I tried to look around the monitor to speak to her face but it was difficult and she seemed to prefer hiding behind the monitor. It was odd.
