Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

The gals I saw were very helpful and understanding of my feelings and issues. Very kindly folks. Thank you

I had a student involved in questioning during my visit. I feel my history was appropriately documented with the provider at the computer & student asking questions.

it is all good except for the cost of medical care.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

[...] Dr. Carpenter is amazing as well. I feel like she listens to me and my concerns and talks me through the options. Very grateful to have such good care.

I had a concern and Dr. Carpenter worked me into her schedule within a day. Very impressed with her.

Overall a very positive experience!

I was happy with my visit of the first time meeting Dr. Carpenter. She was very very good, very excellent doctor. The only concern I had was the waiting time that it takes - it took a very long time for me to get called back and then to a room, and then be seen - that I think you could maybe step up and improve in. But overall she was the best doctor - Dr. Carpenter - that I have ever met and been with, and I do highly recommend her. It was a fantastic visit. Thank you.

You should not let your patients sit in the room waiting for the Doctor too long. I waited around 30 to 40 minutes.

Dr. Carpenter is an outstanding doctor. She does a wonderful job listening to my concerns.

05/20/2019

The only negative thing about my visit today is that the Dr. was running an hour late.

05/06/2019

Dr. Carpenter was outstanding.

The wait time before you got back in. The room needs to be improved.

I had trouble getting into the building on time. They told me I had to be there at 7:20 and they didn't open the doors until 7:30.
