4.7 out of 5 (152 Ratings, 35 Comments)4.7152

Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

Comforting experience

Service was well. The nurses were well. The nurse practitioner was good. I didn't have any issues being there at all. Everything was up to par.

Very caring and conscientious!

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

Very caring and conscientious!

Pretty great overall, just a minor miscommunication between staff made me sit in a room for around 40 minutes instead of 10 minutes like I was told.

I am happy to say "they are awesome".

My wait was very short and the doctor and the nurses were very efficient and listened to my concerns and told me exactly what to do if my..... if I didn't improve. They put me on, the doctor put me on antibiotics for 5 days because of the infection and I'm supposed to follow up if it doesn't work out. Thank you.

Thank you to Leslie Hill, my provider. She was very helpful and empathetic to my situation and condition.

The staff was pleasant and friendly. Care provided was excellent. Clear instructions, easy to discuss with provider

The practitioner I saw was particularly attentive and respectful. She recommended follow-up care that I thought was very helpful and reassuring.

I think that the facility could improve on having a pediatrician available at all times for Convenient Care cause my I brought my baby in to see a pediatrician rather than just a care provider, which is what he really needed for emergency convenient care at the time. So, yes again, I think that to really the facility could really improve by having a Convenient Care pediatrician available. Thank you.

Dr Leslie hill was very nice, efficient and gave me advice for follow up care. I was there for advice as I was not in discomfort. No actual physical treatment needed.

Really appreciate ability to schedule specific convenient care appointment!

Very friendly and patient [...].

I'm going to miss dr Hill she was always wonderful to talk to

Leslie Hill is awesome! She listens, is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to.

Leslie Hill has been an excellent health care provider for, for me and my husband and I would definitely rate her a 10, and I will miss her very much.

The NP I saw was fine but my main issue is with the difficulty it is to get an appointment with a doctor in a timely manner.

Thank you [Leslie] Hill for seeing me and helping my situation.

It was a great experience. I know she was busy but I never felt rushed.

Wish my check in experience was a little better.
