First time I have tried to new concept of Same Day appointments for Family Medicine at Curtis. Great concept, worked well. Better than trying to schedule a same day add which is what it was before.

I didn't see a doctor at all. I saw a nurse practitioner, and she said some things to me that I did not agree with I asked her about my toe fungus. She said she said if we were going to do anything about the toe fungus we have to cut your toe off. I didn't like that. I didn't like some of the things she said about my Crohn's, so I think I need to see a person that's more personable and more sympathetic about my health, they never address my back and that's what's giving me the most problems. Thank you.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

I got a referral to orthopedics and the wait time is outrageous. More than 6 weeks when you are in pain is more than acceptable.

Hi was totally impressed with Sarah and the attention she gave to my problem and her explanation of my future treatment for what I've got wrong. I would definitely go back to her any time for a problem if I could not get with my primary care.

I came in for hyperhidrosis and my medication had been out for a year from the manufacturer and after my physician did some research, she advised me to order drysol 20% on Amazon, which I think is unprofessional. So I don't know why the pharmacy doesn't have it or what's going on, but I think getting medication off of Amazon is a little odd and then also I asked about getting botox in my armpit and then they told me that it wasn't covered from insurance, but I could call dermatology and see if I could figure it out from there. But I just think getting a prescription off of Amazon.com was a little

I felt that my concern was not actually addressed and staff had tunnel vision. I had multiple issues and only one minor issue was really considered but poorly understood.

Yes, you ask the question about the nurses I said. Yes. I did see a nurse, but I think it was a medical assistant and know there was not time to talk to her. And also I don't think that she is trained to talk to me about my problem. So the entire process fail on Sarah.The nurse or the medical assistant was very nice. Okay.
